For my little bro’s birthday the whole family went fishing at Lake Texoma bright and early at 3 am. Luckily we caught just a few fish to make the trip worth it. (We only caught 64 Striper Bass
Man! It was like we were back in Jesus times - fish were practically jumping in the boat! What a great memory!

Roadtrip!!
Berek, Mallory, Jordan, and I spent 8 hours in the car jamin’ to the iPhone on our way to visit my Grandparents in Springfield, MO. Living in the instant gratification world made staying in the car for that long utter torture! Alas, it was all worth it when we got there. I think we all gained 20lbs by the time we left. Man does grandma know how to cook! Poker was the name of the game when we weren’t eating and I must say the whole trip was fantastic!

I know I’m a bit late in posting this, but I really adore my nephews and nieces. Everyone went over to Claire and Nathan’s for Thanksgiving and we had one of the largest Thanksgivings ever! With over thirty people and tons of food, everyone was stuffed by the end of the night. To celebrate such a wonderful day we ended it with a little poker! Ahhh, yah! Game on!

Jordan and I spent a perfect Saturday afternoon with our nephew, Dublin and his family for his birthday. We had such an amazing time riding the Grapevine Tarantula, an old Diesel Engine Open Cart Train. The whole day was absolutely perfect. It was one of the best birthday’s I’ve ever experienced outside of a few of mine. We ate a fantastic burger, got some of the world’s best ice cream, Dublin rode a Longhorn and got a kickin’ cowboy hat, and we roamed around Ft. Worth like the old cattle hands of the South.
Life is so precious and so is my family! I am very blessed indeed!
