For my little bro’s birthday the whole family went fishing at Lake Texoma bright and early at 3 am. Luckily we caught just a few fish to make the trip worth it. (We only caught 64 Striper Bass
Man! It was like we were back in Jesus times - fish were practically jumping in the boat! What a great memory!

Roadtrip!!
Berek, Mallory, Jordan, and I spent 8 hours in the car jamin’ to the iPhone on our way to visit my Grandparents in Springfield, MO. Living in the instant gratification world made staying in the car for that long utter torture! Alas, it was all worth it when we got there. I think we all gained 20lbs by the time we left. Man does grandma know how to cook! Poker was the name of the game when we weren’t eating and I must say the whole trip was fantastic!

I know I’m a bit late in posting this, but I really adore my nephews and nieces. Everyone went over to Claire and Nathan’s for Thanksgiving and we had one of the largest Thanksgivings ever! With over thirty people and tons of food, everyone was stuffed by the end of the night. To celebrate such a wonderful day we ended it with a little poker! Ahhh, yah! Game on!

Jordan and I went to an awesome Halloween Party this year at Wim Bens house. The costumes were to die for!!
Our favorite costume was by a man dressed as Mr. Clean. He looked like he just popped off a cleaning bottle! We also played super Jenga with Scott and Holly here… we beat the record stacking height with a stack of 26!! Jenga What!!

Jordan and I spent a perfect Saturday afternoon with our nephew, Dublin and his family for his birthday. We had such an amazing time riding the Grapevine Tarantula, an old Diesel Engine Open Cart Train. The whole day was absolutely perfect. It was one of the best birthday’s I’ve ever experienced outside of a few of mine. We ate a fantastic burger, got some of the world’s best ice cream, Dublin rode a Longhorn and got a kickin’ cowboy hat, and we roamed around Ft. Worth like the old cattle hands of the South.
Life is so precious and so is my family! I am very blessed indeed!

My favorite shot from Denver. Alivia's too precious.
Jordan and I recently went to Colorado for a total life changing experience. We came home and I can honestly say that we are not the same two people as when we left. God had made more clear the vision He has placed in our hearts and no matter what it’s going to get done.
We are so blessed and excited for our future! There is no limit to what one can do with Christ who strengthens him.

I spent the weekend with my bestie, Sara, Amy and Sara’s family out in the sticks of Throckmorton, TX. We had a blast fishing (didn’t catch anything though), singing and dancing in the rain, hiking in the mud and Brazos River, four wheeling, eating excellent food, killing a rattle snake, and hiking on historical private land.
But that’s not all! Then we met up with my sis and bro-in-law, Claire & Nathan at Possum Kingdom for a festive time at Dia De Los Toadies for an excellent show, swimming in the lake and an arm wrestling match (won by Claire). To say the least this weekend had an adventure around every turn and was a time I’ll never forget!
My only regret is that Jordan wasn’t there to share in the adventures! I sure did miss him
